Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of consumable supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you've opened, please reach out to us. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
