We want your supplements to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply). We do not currently offer international shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

First Standard Supplements is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled.
